April Meetup: At SFU Harbour Centre Downtown

Hello Vancouver Letterpress League and lovers of letterpress:

Imagine if that line was handset in type? I’d be out of Ls by now. I’d like to propose an informal gathering in April.

There’s about 30 people on the VLL mailing list now. We’re an eclectic bunch of printers, designers, students, professionals, and artists. About half of the list has met at one point or another, so if this is your first time coming out to a Vancouver Letterpress event, welcome.

It’s not a meeting, but a chance to meet up, share ideas, show off projects, talk about things we’re working on, etc. You’re encouraged to bring letterpress ephemera – maybe something you’ve made or admire.

Meetup location: Lounge area of SFU downtown Harbour Centre. Free and has comfortable chairs. Walk in the main doors and go straight. (Thanks Gabriella for the suggestion.)

Date: Wednesday, April 11th

Time: 7pm until 9pm – drop in as you like

RSVP: not required – but welcomed
